Boglioli, the Italian brand known worldwide for its authenticity and intrinsic elegance is, this week, participating in Milan Men Fashion Week FW 12-13 with the project BOGLIOLI BLUE from Japan in cooperation with the White Show in Milan.
Boglioli continues its discovery of historical Milanese locations with close ties to creativity. Following the recent Boglioli + kolor event in the Biblioteca Ambrosiana, this fall the Biblioteca Braidense, in the Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera, plays host to the launch of BOGLIOLI BLUE, confirming Boglioli’s special affinity for Japan.
BOGLIOLI BLUE from Japan represents the Boglioli world with a Japanese sensibility using the most significant colour of the brand: blue.
The set up inside the Biblioteca Braidense features a series of photographs taken in Japan on the 1st of January 2012 and a chromatic installation featuring Boglioli jackets.
The backdrop is the sea in winter: more specifically Kujukuri Beach, and the blue of its ocean and sky.
BOGLIOLI BLUE is represented by the blue of the ocean, but also by the blue of its jackets, of which we find some models in the photographs which make up the project.
